How do I get a quote for moving from Bali?
Start with our free home or villa survey request. Provide your Bali location, destination country and address, an overview of your household goods and preferred timing. The survey helps assess the volume, packing and access requirements for your quotation.
Do I need a full container?
Not always. Smaller moves may use LCL shared container space, while larger households may suit a dedicated container. We assess your final packed volume and destination rather than asking you to choose a container before the survey.
Do you pack my household goods?
Yes. Our relocation service is based on professional packing for international transport. We assess wrapping, cartons, protection and any crating required for furniture, artwork and fragile belongings.
Can I include purchases from Bali suppliers?
Yes, tell us about new purchases during the survey. Supplier collections can be assessed alongside your household goods. New purchases and used personal effects may have different import requirements, so they need to be identified accurately.
What documents will I need?
Requirements depend on your destination, goods and circumstances. An accurate inventory and personal identification are commonly needed, with destination-specific declarations and supporting documents confirmed for your move.
How long will the move take?
Timing depends on packing dates, cargo readiness, freight availability, routing, customs and quarantine processing, and destination delivery. Ask for the current estimate with your quotation; an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Does delivery include unpacking and removing packing materials?
Placement, unpacking and debris removal are assessed for the destination and included where specified in your quotation. Let us know what you need, including any reassembly, stairs, restricted access or large-item handling.
Should I consider transit insurance?
Transit insurance should be considered when planning an international move. Ask about the available options, cover, valuation requirements and policy terms before booking; do not assume insurance is included in the freight quotation.
